The final event of the 2014 Leon Panetta Lecture Series covers How Presidents Make Decisions: Leadership, Crisis, Politics and Trust.   The discussion features David Axelrod, former senior advisor to President Barack Obama; Erskine Bowles, former chief of staff to President Bill Clinton; Andrew Card, former chief of staff to President George W. Bush; and Kenneth Duberstein, former chief of staff to President Ronald Reagan.  Secretary Leon E. Panetta serves as moderator.  

The forum took place Monday, June 2nd in Monterey and aired live on 90.3 KAZU.  The following recording begins a few minutes into the event with Panetta Institute CEO and Co-Chair Sylvia Panetta's introduction of Secretary Panetta.
