Carmel Valley, CA – Philip Glass's career spans five decades. He's scored Academy Award Winning movies, written operas and collaborated with artists like Paul Simon and Yo Yo Ma. His latest project is focused on the Monterey Bay Area. For the first time in his career, he's organizing a festival. The Days and Nights Festival starts this Friday in Carmel Valley with events also in Big Sur. KAZU News Director Krista Almanzan recently spoke with Philip Glass about the festival.
