Monterey Bay Area – Election Day got off to a rocky start on the Central Coast. In Big Sur a combination of rain and ground left barren by the Basin Complex Fire, filled the polling place parking lot with mud and debris forcing a change in venue. And in Santa Cruz vandals struck two polling places, delaying the start of voting at one. Despite this rough start, voters are on track for a record turnout. KAZU's Krista Almanzan reports.
