Washington, DC – The full House of Representatives could vote as early as next week on drilling for natural gas - but not oil - off the coast of California and other states. The House Appropriations committee approved the measure Wednesday. Supporters say that at a time of increased gas prices, the U-S must look for new sources of energy. KAZU's Ben Adler speaks with Democrat Sam Farr, who represents the Monterey Bay Area in Congress; he's a member of the Appropriations committee and he voted against the bill.
