For the first time in two decades, there’s no incumbent running for the Congressional seat that represents the Central Coast. Congressman Sam Farr will retire at the end of his current term.
In the June 7th primary, five candidates are running for California’s 20th Congressional District seat. The top two vote-getters will move on to the general election this November.
Since the candidates started announcing their intentions to run last year, each has visited KAZU for an in-depth interview with journalist Lewis Leader. Here you can hear four minute excerpts of those interviews.
