Carmel Valley, CA – Tucked away in the idyllic Carmel River Valley is a unique engineering project. It's still in its planning stages but it could be a model for the world. An 87 year old dam is in trouble and the fix for it could improve the river for fish and frogs and people who live downstream. KAZU's Rachael McDonald reports.
