Monterey, CA – "I was born in 1924. And this is the dirtiest political race I've ever seen." -- from the documentary "Swing State Ohio"

Ohio, 2004. George W. Bush vs. John Kerry. The state that pushed the president over the top in the Electoral College to clinch a second term saw some of the most frenzied campaign tactics and voter turnout efforts. A new documentary that made its exclusive debut Thursday night in Monterey focuses on the last 30 days in the 2004 Presidential Campaign in the ultimate battleground state. It's called Swing State Ohio. KAZU's Ben Adler speaks with Jed Wolfington, a graduate student at the Monterey Institute of International Studies who directed the film.
