KAZU is a proud media sponsor of the United Nations Association's 18th annual International Documentary Film Festival. This year's festival features stories from Greece, Costa Rica, Italy, Nigeria, The Salinas Valley , and more.

Festival Date: September 23, 2017 / KAZU is a proud media sponsor of the “Wild and Scenic Film Festival”, presented by the Ventana Wilderness Alliance. Themed, “At the Edge,” the festival will feature fantastic films about wild things and wild places. This one night event takes place Saturday September 23rd at the Golden State Theatre in downtown Monterey, and feature special guests and raffle/silent auction. Tickets at ventanawild.org

Single day tickets go on sale May 15th.

Festival Date: September 9, 2017 / KAZU is a proud media sponsor of the fifth annual mole and mariachi festival, presented by “Friends of Santa Cruz State Parks.” This year’s event features local chefs preparing and competing in the annual mole competition – as well as music, artisan crafts, beer, traditional dancing, kids activities and more. Proceeds from the festival support educational programs, visitor services and restoration projects.

Festival Date: August 8, 2017. KAZU is proud to be a media sponsor of Kuumbwa Jazz, presenting Youssou N’Dour. One of Africa’s most beloved voices, N’Dour is a Grammy-winning world  music icon - combining traditional Senegalese music with a blend  genres from around the globe – known for his crossover collaborations with Peter Gabriel, Paul Simon and others. Festival Dates: July 30 - August 12, 2017. Cabrillo Festival is all about new music for orchestra. This August Maestro Cristian 'Cristi' Macelaru steps up to the podium as new Music Director and Conductor. Cristi comes as a rising-star conductor with spectacular musicianship and boundless energy and begins his tenure with premiere-filled programs of new works and fresh re-orchestrations by an esteemed group of composers.

Festival Dates: July 15-29, 2017. 90.3 KAZU is a proud media sponsor of The 80th Annual Carmel Bach Festival, July 15th - July 29th, throughout Carmel, Monterey, and Pebble Beach. This year’s festival features more than 40 events including the main series concerts, featuring Mozart's magisterial C Minor Mass and Beethoven's Ninth, recitals performed on period instruments, a special family concert, a ‘Music and Ideas’ series, and much more. Festival Dates: July 5 - September 3, 2017. The nationally acclaimed Santa Cruz Shakespeare theater company has announced its 2017 season. This year’s program includes Shakespeare’s, "Measure for Measure" and "The Two Gentlemen of Verona" plus Alfred Hitchcock’s Thriller, "The 39 Steps". It is a line-up of surprise, suspense and seduction. The season kicks off July 5th and runs through September 3rd. Performances are outdoors in the Grove at De Laveaga Park in Santa Cruz.

Festival Date: June 17, 2017. KAZU is proud to be a media sponsor of "The Garden Faire" at Skypark in Scotts Valley –  a free, family friendly event showcasing organic and sustainable gardening and healthy living concepts. This year's theme is: "Cultivating Community in Times of Change” with cooking demonstrations, gardening, food and lifestyle booths, speakers, and more! June 17th, 9–5pm.
