90.3 KAZU is a proud media sponsor of the the 3rd Annual Language Capital Of The World Cultural Festival, Sunday, May 7th, 2017 at Custom House Plaza in Monterey. KAZU, along with many other local organizations, are teaming up with the city of Monterey to bring this world class festival to the heart of downtown. Celebrate the rich international culture of the Central Coast with music, flags, international crafts and food, dancers from many diverse cultures, and a whole array of exhibitions.

  90.3 KAZU, committed to supporting art and culture on the Central Coast, is honored to once again be a proud media sponsor of, “Migrations – The 36th Annual Steinbeck Festival.” Come celebrate our communities heritage by honoring the literary legacy of local icon, John Steinbeck, with lectures, films, discussion panels, walking tours, a benefit concert, and a home brew and craft beer fest. Friday, May 5th in Monterey, and Saturday & Sunday, May 6th & 7th, 2017 at the Steinbeck Center in Salinas.

A local, non-profit, who aims to inspire girls to develop leadership and self- empowerment skills. For an ENCORE performance we bring the remarkable, dawsondancesf, to the Colligan Theater stage once again. After an tour de force, sold out show last February, TWDCC is thrilled to offer dawsondancesf's Santa Cruz premier of les verites.

KAZU is proud to co-sponsor Kuumbwa Jazz presenting the internationally acclaimed South African a capella group, “Ladysmith Black Mambazo” —With more than 30 albums including their grammy-nominated 2016 release, “Walking in the Footsteps of Our Fathers,”  Ladysmith Black Mambazo’s nine-member ensemble will perform Sunday, January 22nd, 2017 at the Rio Theatre in Santa Cruz –  Tickets at kuumbwajazz.org.  

KAZU is proud to co-sponsor Kuumbwa Jazz,  presenting Sweet Honey in the Rock:  Celebrating the Holy-days.  This internationally acclaimed a capella ensemble continue to educate, entertain and empower audiences...
